HDX Embroidery House takes great care with every item we embroider. All customer-supplied items are carefully assessed prior to embroidery to determine best practices and overall suitability. HDX reserves final discretion on whether an item is appropriate for embroidery and may decline items deemed too high-risk. HDX is not responsible for replacing or reimbursing customer-supplied items. If embroidery cannot be completed due to damage, the embroidery service fee will not be charged.
