EMBROIDERY FAQ'S
Can I supply my own items for embroidery?
Yes! You can supply your own personal items for us to embroider! This can be anything from a personal project to a large business order. All items are subject to approval by HDX to ensure they are suitable for embroidery.
There are some select items that we will not embroider due to difficulty or complication:
- Shoes
- Leather Goods
- Suede
- Select canvas bags (e.g. Lands End)
- Small items with very tight placements
- Anything we deem unfit for embroidery
We have a $5 personal item fee that is capped at $25 for bulk orders. We also have a "high value item" fee of $25 for singular items that are valued over $200. Both fees act as insurance on your item(s) to protect you in the event of outrageous machine activity. We do not accept items over $350.
What is your turnaround time?
We offer same-day embroidery off of our HDX design menu. This is limited to one icon, one text, or a combination icon/text for up to three items.
For other personal projects, we typically have a one week turnaround.
Bulk orders or very large quantity orders are subject to a custom turnaround time - in most cases is 2-3 weeks.
Can you embroider my own design or logo?
Yes! If you have your own design, handwriting, children's art, photograph or logo we can digitize and embroider it for you!
Any custom design / logo is subject to a $30 digitization fee. This is not "vector art". This is a specialized file format that allows our machines to read and stitch the file.
We will carefully review your design / image / logo and provide our expertise of best embroidery options based on the details in the design.
Please fill out a custom order form found on our Home Page if you have a custom design to be embroidered.
Please note that we have the right to turn away any trademarked or copyrighted designs that you as the client do not personally own or have the rights to use.
Do you offer screen printing or vinyl transfers?
No. We are 100% embroidery. We have limited our services to embroidery only so that we can provide the absolute best embroidery services, dramatically improve our turnaround speeds, and take on more detailed and time oriented embroidery projects for you!
